Merge duplicate accounts
Combine two accounts for the same person into one. Membership, check-ins, kids, bookings and waivers all move to the account you keep.
1. Account to KEEP
This is the one that stays. Usually the one with the active membership.
2. Duplicate to MERGE IN
This account gets closed out; its history moves to the account above.
Nothing is deleted — the duplicate is kept for records but hidden from lookups and can no longer check in.
